Information you provide

• The URL of a LinkedIn profile or company page, when you ask for a scan.

• Screenshots, a PDF or text you upload or paste into the tools. For example posts, a description of your business, or details about a contact you want to reach out to.

Information collected automatically

• כתובת IP, כדי להגביל את קצב השימוש בכלים ולמנוע ניצול לרעה.
• Your IP address, to rate-limit the tools and prevent abuse.
• רישומי שרת טכניים אצל ספק האחסון: מועד הבקשה, סוג הדפדפן והדף שביקשתם. אם הרשמה לרשימת התפוצה נתקלת בתקלה, גם כתובת המייל נרשמת שם, כדי שההסכמה שלכם לא תלך לאיבוד.
• Technical server logs at our hosting provider: request time, browser type and the page requested. If a mailing-list signup hits an error, the email address is recorded there too, so your consent is not lost.

Information from LinkedIn

כלי הסריקה קוראים רק מידע שגלוי לכל מי שנכנס לפרופיל או לעמוד בלינקדאין: כותרת, About, ניסיון, פוסטים אחרונים ונתוני מעורבות גלויים. לכלים אין גישה לחשבון הלינקדאין שלכם, להודעות או לאנשי הקשר, והם אף פעם לא מבקשים סיסמה.

The scan tools read only what is visible to anyone who opens the profile or page on LinkedIn: headline, About, experience, recent posts and visible engagement numbers. The tools have no access to your LinkedIn account, messages or connections, and they never ask for a password.

אפשר לסרוק גם פרופיל של מישהו אחר. אם הפרופיל שלכם נסרק ואתם רוצים שהתוצאה תימחק לפני שהיא נמחקת מעצמה, כתבו לנו.

Someone else's profile can be scanned too. If your profile was scanned and you want the result deleted before it expires on its own, write to us.

• To send a newsletter and updates about LinkedIn and AI, only to people who ticked the consent box. The box is never pre-ticked, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• להגן על הכלים מפני שימוש אוטומטי או חריג (כל סריקה עולה לנו כסף).
• To protect the tools from automated or excessive use (every scan costs us money).
• להבין אילו דפים וכלים עובדים ולמדוד את הפרסום שלנו, רק אם אישרתם עוגיות.
• To understand which pages and tools work and to measure our advertising, only if you accepted cookies.

אין חובה חוקית למסור מידע. בלי כתובת אימייל לא נוכל לשלוח את הדוח או המדריך, ובלי כתובת פרופיל אין מה לסרוק. אפשר לגלוש באתר ולקרוא את המדריכים הפתוחים בלי למסור דבר.

You have no legal duty to provide information. Without an email address we cannot send the report or guide, and without a profile URL there is nothing to scan. You can browse the site and read the open guides without providing anything.

בינה מלאכותית

Artificial intelligence

חלק מהכלים שולחים את הטקסט או התמונות שהזנתם למודל שפה (Google Gemini, ובזמן תקלה Groq) כדי להפיק ניתוח, ציון או טיוטה. התוצאה היא המלצה בלבד, ואף החלטה שמשפיעה עליכם לא מתקבלת על בסיסה.

Some tools send the text or images you enter to a language model (Google Gemini, with Groq as a fallback during outages) to produce an analysis, a score or a draft. The result is a recommendation only, and no decision that affects you is made based on it.

אנחנו עצמנו לא משתמשים בתוכן שהזנתם כדי לאמן מודלים. כרגע הכלים עובדים עם Gemini במסלול החינמי של Google, ולפי התנאים של Google במסלול הזה היא רשאית להשתמש בתוכן שנשלח אליה כדי לשפר את המוצרים שלה, ובודקים אנושיים מטעמה עשויים לקרוא חלק ממנו.

We ourselves do not use the content you enter to train models. The tools currently run on the free tier of Google Gemini, and under Google's terms for that tier Google may use submitted content to improve its products, and human reviewers on its behalf may read some of it.

So please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into the tools, such as medical or financial details, ID numbers or confidential business material.

Cookies and measurement

Some pages run two measurement tools, and only after you click accept on the banner:

Declined? The site and tools work exactly the same, and no data is sent to Google or Meta. To change an earlier choice, click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the homepage or of the LinkedIn Presence Score page.

Providers the data passes through

רוב הספקים יושבים בארצות הברית או באיחוד האירופי, ולכן המידע עשוי לעבור ולהישמר מחוץ לישראל, בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס״א-2001. מעבר לספקים האלה, מידע יימסר רק אם החוק מחייב אותנו.

Most providers are based in the United States or the European Union, so information may be transferred and stored outside Israel, in line with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 2001. Beyond these providers, information is disclosed only if the law requires us to.

How long information is kept

• תוצאות סריקה: עד 24 שעות במטמון, ואז הן נמחקות אוטומטית.
• Scan results: up to 24 hours in a cache, then deleted automatically.
• קבצים, צילומי מסך וטקסט שהזנתם לכלים: לא נשמרים אצלנו אחרי שהתוצאה חזרה אליכם.
• Files, screenshots and text you enter into the tools: not kept by us once the result is returned to you.

• Per-IP usage counter: one minute. General daily counter, with no identifying details: up to 48 hours.

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

• Record of signups and consents: up to two years from signup, or until you ask for deletion.

אבטחת מידע

Security

• כל האתר עובד בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS).
• The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• מפתחות הגישה לספקים נשמרים בצד השרת בלבד ולא מגיעים לדפדפן.
• Provider access keys are kept on the server only and never reach the browser.

• Access to the information is limited to Hanita Yudovski.

• Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

שום שיטה להעברת מידע באינטרנט לא מאובטחת במאה אחוז, וכדאי לזכור את זה בכל אתר.

No method of sending information over the internet is one hundred percent secure, which is worth remembering on any site.

Your rights

Under sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Protection Law, you can ask for:

אירוע אבטחה

Security incidents

אם יקרה אירוע אבטחה חמור שנוגע למידע אישי, נודיע לרשות להגנת הפרטיות, ולמי שהמידע שלו נפגע כשהחוק דורש זאת, בלי דיחוי. ההודעה תכלול מה קרה, איזה מידע נפגע ומה נעשה כדי לטפל בזה.

If a severe security incident involving personal information occurs, we will notify the Privacy Protection Authority, and the people whose information was affected where the law requires it, without delay. The notice will say what happened, what information was affected and what is being done about it.

האתר מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה. אם נודע לכם שקטין מסר כאן מידע אישי, כתבו לנו ונמחק אותו.

The site is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you learn that a minor provided personal information here, write to us and we will delete it.

עדכונים למדיניות

Changes to this policy

המדיניות תתעדכן כשהכלים, הספקים או החוק ישתנו. התאריך בראש הדף מראה מתי היא עודכנה לאחרונה. על שינוי גדול באופן שבו המידע שלכם מעובד נודיע גם במייל לרשומים או בהודעה בולטת באתר.

This policy will be updated when the tools, the providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest update. For a major change in how your information is processed we will also notify subscribers by email or post a prominent notice on the site.
