What to include in your email
- באג בכלי: איזה כלי, מה הזנתם, מה ציפיתם לראות ומה קרה בפועל. צילום מסך עוזר מאוד.
- A bug: which tool, what you entered, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
- בקשת מחיקה: כתובת המייל שאיתה נרשמתם. אני מוחקת מ-MailerLite ומהגיבוי הפנימי תוך שבוע.
- A deletion request: the email address you signed up with. I remove it from MailerLite and the internal backup within a week.
- רעיון לכלי חדש: מה הבעיה שהוא פותר ולמי. הרוב הגדול של הכלים כאן התחיל בדיוק ממייל כזה.
- An idea for a new tool: the problem it solves and for whom. Most tools here started with exactly that kind of email.
